The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced last week that it had broken its own record for deportations, affirming the Obama administration's zeal for heavy-handed immigration enforcement. U.S. District Court Judge Susan Bolton ruled this week not to dismiss a lawsuit that challenges the Constitutionality of the controversial Arizona SB 1070 immigration law.
