The Dream and Promise Act, which would provide a path to legalization and citizenship for Dreamers and TPS recipients, passed out of the House Judiciary Committee today. It’s one of the most major pieces of pro-immigrant legislation to be voted on in years. Next, the bill will head to the House floor, where it will be considered by all House members.
