Over the weekend, officials at the US Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO announced that they had reached an agreement on a guest-worker  program in immigration reform, one of the key holdups in the process to legislation.  Though some members of the Senate Gang of 8 were quick to note that the business-labor agreement might not translate to imminent legislation, a bill is expected to come from the Senate within the next few weeks.
