Immigrant Youth, TPS and DED Holders, and Allies Rally Across the Nation to Urge Passage of Dream and Promise Act
In the week since Congress introduced H.R. 6, the Dream and Promise act, immigrants and allies across the nation have mobilized to urge passage of the bill that would grant permanent protections for immigrant communities the Trump administration has made vulnerable to deportation through the termination of their legal immigration statuses.
With Congress home for recess, immigrant youth and TPS and DED holders continued to raise their voices to advocate to continue living their lives in the only home they’ve known, and contributing to their communities. From Massachusetts to Arizona, immigrants and allies continued urging Congress to pass permanent protects so they are able to remain with their families in their communities.
