Immigration finally made its into the third and final Presidential debate in Las Vegas, Nevada last night.
But while Hillary Clinton was talking about keeping families together and a path to citizenship for the nation’s 11 million undocumented immigrants, Donald Trump was talking…well…this:
“We’re going to secure the border, and once the border is secured at a later date, we’ll make a determination as to the rest. But we have some bad hombres here and we’re going to get them out.”
Donald Trump: “I want to build a wall…we have some bad hombres here and we’re gonna get ’em out.” #debatenight pic.twitter.com/6rRTh1hCwI

In the spirit of #TacoTrucksOnEveryCorner and #ThatMexicanThing, the Internet was swift to rebuke — and mock — Donald Trump’s offensive brand of Latino outreach:
Twitter is amazing. #badhombres already trending globally. #debatenight

“Bad Hombres” sounds like a Quentin Tarantino thriller starring Danny Trejo and Josh Brolin. #DebateNight #BadHombres

I think it’s terrific that Donald has learned Spanish since the last debate. Very culturally sensitive. #badhombres #debatenight

remember when Trump didn’t want Jeb speaking Spanish? #badhombres #debates

#BadHombres Really? Trump’s wrong. Immigrants are less likely than native born to be criminals or to be behind bars. (AIC)

It also became a Twitter account, while others noted that Trump’s mispronunciation of “hombres” was pretty close “hambre,” which means “hungry” in Spanish:
.@realDonaldTrump let me help you with your Spanish. #Debates pic.twitter.com/QlNGol9zeN

#BadHombres:
– call entire groups of people rapists
– support mass deportation
– say Mexican-Americans can’t b judges
– mispronounce hombres— Alida Garcia (@leedsgarcia) October 20, 2016
And a little something for the hair care experts out there:

Donald Trump also made sure to use this third and final debate to insult Clinton and her historic bid for the Presidency as “a nasty woman“. Brian Beutler sums up the Internet’s response pretty well.
