As the presumptive Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump huddled with GOP leaders today — including Speaker Paul Ryan and RNC Chair Reince Priebus — advocates delivered taco bowl to GOP lawmakers who are lining up with Trump.
The taco bowls — infamously featured in Trump’s insulting Cinco de Mayo tweet last week — had the message: “Latino and immigrant voters will never forget who stood with Donald Trump. #TrumpsParty.”
It’s a stark reminder to those Members of Congress who are now a part of Trump’s Party that Latino and immigrant voters don’t take his racism and extremism lightly, and won’t forget those who went along with his candidacy in November.
