Akron, OH – On Saturday, June 17th at 12:30 pm EST, just ahead of Father’s Day, please join faith leaders, refugee and immigrant advocacy groups, and supporters in a prayer vigil for fathers facing deportation. As a community and nation, we can protect and preserve immigrant and refugee families, work toward immigration reform, and welcome immigrants and refugees to the United States. Akron has consistently worked to protect residents and visitors from discrimination and welcome individuals of all backgrounds. Join us in this interfaith, prayerful response to a moral crisis.
