White House Meeting Tomorrow: Text in Your Question Today!

by Jacquelyn Mahendra on 08/19/2009 at 5:48pm

You’ve probably heard by now that officials at the White House are convening a big meeting tomorrow on immigration.

The White House is hosting a discussion with advocates, religious groups, businesses and law enforcers as part of an effort to bring all parties to the heated debate into one room. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will lead the discussion.

Today, the Reform Immigration For America Campaign is asking its supporters to text in their questions for Napolitano – the top three questions will be asked directly by advocates at the meeting. From the For America blog:

Tomorrow, there will be a meeting with immigration reform advocates at the White House. The Reform Immigration FOR America campaign will be represented and we want to bring your questions with us!

We invited you to send us your questions for the administration – and you responded! Below are your most recent questions. The top 3 questions will be asked at the meeting.

If you would like to ask a question, text ASK (PREGUNTA for Spanish) to 69866 or CLICK HERE.

Pretty cool stuff– check back for more on the political landscape of the meeting tomorrow.
