President-elect Donald Trump has declared that on Monday, January 23rd he will begin repealing several of President Obama’s executive actions, with major implications for immigrants and immigration policy.
From the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program – an unqualified success – to the deportation memo that prioritizes security threats over undocumented workers and many other actions, Trump’s potential actions could have huge consequences for American families, workers, businesses, and society.
On a press call today, January 19 at 12 p.m. EST, refugee and immigration reform advocates and legal experts will discuss the various actions Trump may take on immigration reform, and evaluate the implications.
