CIR after the November Elections. The Spanish-Language press covers the Mexico-U.S. Interparliamentary meeting in Campeche, Mexico, in which the Democratic Congressman from Arizona, Ed Pastor said to Mexican legislators that immigration reform will be taken up in Congress after the November elections. EFE and La Crónica (Mexico City) have more on the story.

No TPS for Guatemalans.
