House Dem blames racial taunting on Romney, GOP reps.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) on Wednesday morning said Republican rhetoric in favor of enforcing and reforming U.S. immigration laws is to blame for the taunting of Latinos and immigrants by white Americans.
