Under Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice, immigration “illegal re-entry” charges rank number one out of all federal prosecutions.
Many of these so-called “felons” are people with families, jobs, homes, and lives in the United States. They are Americans in every way except on paper.
If Eric Holder and Federal Attorneys succeed in prosecuting these immigrants, they’ll become felons, go to prison and be deported. They will also be disqualified from the immigration legislation we’re fighting for.
We all know our immigration laws are outdated. So why is Eric Holder making things worse by going after parents whose only crime is trying to be with their kids?
