CA primary. La Opinión (Los Angeles) covers election results from yesterday’s California primaries. Discussing the Republican gubernatorial primary, the paper says:

“Meg Whitman crushed her Republican opponent Steve Poizner, whose sole campaign strategy of attacking undocumented immigrants failed miserably.”
