A number of anti-immigrant “rallies” were held this week in response to children fleeing violence and coming to the US border. Below is a photo from the rally that Steve King attended in Council Bluffs, Iowa:

We, of course, flashed back to this event last August when King headlined a rally in Richmond and nobody came:
Apparently, King just doesn’t have much of a following these days. So why, exactly, are Speaker Boehner and House Republicans giving him so much power again?
