Victoria Slatton obtained her J.D. from Pepperdine University and is a barred attorney in California. After law school she worked at the Department of Homeland Security where she obtained invaluable insights into how USCIS adjudicates immigration cases and the pressing need for agency reform. She left her position in the government shortly after the administration changed and started an immigration law firm where she represented clients directly and managed every aspect of the firm’s logistics, including its online platforms. It was there that she developed a love of digital advertising and campaigns. Before joining America’s Voice, she worked as the Digital Campaigns Coordinator at People For the American Way where she fine-tuned her skills in social media management, digital advertising, and various other tools for successful online organizing.
