Andrea Flores is the John Gardner Fellow for America’s Voice Education Fund and DHS Watch. She has done research on the overall Latinx community, covering topics such as immigration, race and ethnicity, education, sexual assault and abuse. She is very interested in understanding the issues within her community and how politics affects everyday life. She recently graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Chicanx-Latinx Studies and a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies. She is originally from Waukegan, Illinois.
