STATUS:

Ricardo is the father of three US citizens and has lived in Ohio for almost two decades. He's worked in local nurseries for 16 years and recently took on a second job in a restaurant to support his family. But when police pulled Ricardo over for driving without a license, they sent this hardworking dad to ICE officials and told him he had to leave his family and his adopted country by January 1st. He received a two-week stay of deportation that allowed him to stay in the US long enough for him to be at his oldest daughter’s 12th birthday. At the last minute, however, ICE announced they'd be taking another look at his case. Now Ricardo's future is up in the air as ICE officials in the Obama Administration decide his fate. We need your help keeping Ricardo with his family where he belongs -- sign his petition now!

President Obama: Stop tearing our families apart!

Obama_Deportations

The Obama Administration is deporting 1,010 people every day, leaving thousands of torn families behind each week. Many of these aspiring Americans could be eligible for legal status and eventual citizenship under pending legislation. President Obama, stop deporting immigrants who would qualify to legalize under the Senate immigration bill. Our families need relief now!
