Thousands of critical words have been written about Alabama’s illegal-immigration law, the mean-spirited HB56 officially known as the Beason-Hammon Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act. Until that law is repealed, paragraphs of criticism will surely continue to flow — justifiably so.
