Gallegly is one of the worst of the worst when it comes to immigration in Congress, as we’ve documented repeatedly on this blog. He’s currently the Chair of the House Subcommittee on Immigration. Over the weekend, we learned that Gallegly is retiring.
Gallegly, along with his amigos Reps. Lamar Smith and Steve King, still has a year left to push his ugly agenda, but then he’s gone from Congress.
Good riddance.
